  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role is essential.
  • Minimum of 3 AA Rosette experience required; Michelin experience preferred.

What’s involved?
A successful Chef de Partie will be preparing for meals and getting ready for service. Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role, but training and the opportunity to progress within the company is provided.

Minimum of 3 AA Rosette experience required but Michelin would be ideal.
