Senior Chef de Partie, near Fort William Scotland, £32k plus accommodation

Fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior Chef de Partie to join this luxury hotel in the Highlands, Scotland.

This stunning hotel has 14 bedrooms with incredible views over the surrounding countryside. Set in the Scottish Highlands, the hotel houses a rosette standard bistro offering exquisite food using the highest quality seasonal ingredients and produce. There is also a high standard Lounge menu serving exceptional food in a more casual setting. In addition, during the summer period, the hotel also has hog roasts, wild venison roasts etc in the grounds showcasing the finest Scottish ingredients.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Working under a passionate and creative 2AA Rosette Head Chef
  2. Cooking simple but stunning menus using local, seasonal ingredients
  3. Working in a small team and supporting each other
  4. Helping to raise standards by ensuring every plate is cooked and presented to perfection

We are looking for:

  1. A passionate Chef de Partie with a stable career history
  2. Experience of cooking fresh ingredients
  3. Creativity and flair with attention to detail and presentation
  4. Genuine passion about exceptional local food and ingredients
  5. Ability to work well within a team as well as use initiative and common sense
  6. Good communication and organizational skills
