Responsibilities
  1. Leading the analysis of marketing campaigns, customer behaviour, and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  2. Utilising advanced analytical techniques and tools to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  3. Conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and potential threats, and provide strategic recommendations to stay ahead of the competition.
  4. Developing and maintaining marketing dashboards, reports, and visualisations to track KPIs and communicate insights and recommendations.
  5. Assisting in the forecasting and budgeting processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend and maximise ROI.
  6. Collaborating with external partners, agencies, and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Possess previous experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role with a focus on data analysis and strategic marketing.
  2. Have analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis, data modelling, and segmentation techniques.
  3. Possess a proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
  4. Have previous experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms.
  5. Possess the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
