Care Outlook is seeking a highly organized Senior Care Worker in East Sussex, supporting in Peacehaven and the surrounding areas.

Core Duties & Responsibilities As Senior Care Worker:

1. Provide support in the day-to-day running of the office, including assisting with care coordination tasks.
2. Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager.
3. Deliver high standards of care.
4. Participate in the paid on-call rota.
5. Complete care assessments and write up Care Plans.
6. Build relationships with care staff and service users.
7. Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC.

We are looking for a Senior Care Worker who is:

• 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people.
• Experienced in providing care services (essential).
• Flexible to cover on-call to meet the needs of the business (essential).
• Knowledgeable of CQC standards and CQC compliance (essential).
• Holds a full driving licence and has access to a vehicle (essential).
• Experienced as a Field Care Supervisor or has 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred).
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred).
