Salary: £26,422.50 per annum (£13.55 per hour)

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Location: North Leeds

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering Compassionate, Personalised Care: Supporting individuals with tasks such as washing, dressing, mobility, and meals - always with dignity and kindness.
  • Building Trusted Relationships: Connecting with clients and their families to ensure they feel heard, respected, and cared for.
  • Supporting Our Team: Conducting spot checks and offering constructive guidance to colleagues, helping them grow and thrive.
  • Upholding Quality Standards: Ensuring our care services meet the highest standards, in line with CQC and LJWB expectations.

What We're Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience in a senior care role.
  • A strong grasp of CQC requirements and person-centred care.
  • Natural leadership skills and a supportive, motivating approach.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
