The Senior Care & Support Worker will assist the Scheme Manager in running the scheme including compliance with the residential care home regulations, other statutory requirements and Radius’s own policies and procedures.
In the absence of the Scheme Manager, a Senior Care & Support Worker will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the scheme.
