The Role:

As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will be a key part of our leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting our care team and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Scheduling & Coordination - Managing care rotas, ensuring shifts are covered efficiently
2. Quality & Compliance - Ensuring services meet CQC standards and company policies
3. Team Support - Supervising and mentoring care staff, promoting a positive work culture
4. Client Engagement - Building strong relationships with clients and families to ensure excellent care delivery
5. Growth & Development - Supporting business expansion and preparing for a future Registered Manager role

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience as a Care Coordinator (home care experience preferred)
2. Strong organisational and leadership skills
3. Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
4. Ambition to develop into a Registered Manager role
