As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting the care team to deliver high-quality personal care and create a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents. With a focus on monitoring resident wellbeing, person-centered care planning, and staff development, you will be a key point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring resident wellbeing, implementing and evaluating person-centered care plans, supporting residents with medication, and providing staff supervision and development. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to be responsive and flexible in your work.
