The Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare involves supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Key responsibilities include monitoring resident wellbeing, implementing and evaluating person-centred care plans, supporting with medication requirements, undertaking staff supervisions, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
