This is a role for a Senior Care Assistant to join Avery Healthcare's award-winning team in Hinckley. You will be responsible for supporting the care team to deliver high standards of personal care and creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Your other responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, undertaking staff supervisions, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and health and social care professionals.
