This is a role as a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves supporting the care team to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents.
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be on monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals.
