As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead a team of Care Assistants that delivers high-quality, personal care to our residents, inspiring, developing, and nurturing them to be their best every day. You’ll be motivated, positive, and possess great interpersonal skills, enjoying working in a close-knit team. You’ll be pivotal in running a unit, responsible for all clinical duties in the home, including observation, medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping. Your clinical expertise will also be crucial in helping with all CQC responsibilities.
As a Care Lead, you’ll have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in care. We’re more than happy to support you in the completion of your qualification if needed. You’ll have previous experience in the role and knowledge of its rewards and challenges. Most importantly, you will have a passion for making a real difference in people’s lives, providing them with the kindness, personalised support, and dignity they need.
