Job Title: Senior Care Assistant - Bank

Location: St Joseph's Way, London Road, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 6LZ

Salary range: £13.50ph

Contract: Bank - Day & Night Shifts available

You’re pivotal in running a unit, responsible for all clinical duties in the home, including observation, medication, reviewing care plans and accurate record keeping. You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit
  • Responsible for all clinical duties issuing medication, reviewing care plans and accurate record keeping
  • Leading and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsibility for all shift handovers of the teams
  • Helping with training and supervision of new staff members so they feel welcomed and supported
  • Building relationships with residents, their families and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses
  • Assisting residents with a range of personal care duties

Because we care for vulnerable people, we’ll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost of this (£40).
