Night Senior Care Assistant in Otley
14.56ph 36.75 hours contracted per week

We are currently working with a prestigious care provider who are a modern, purpose-built residential care home located in the picturesque town of Otley. This state-of-the-art facility offers a luxurious and secure environment, designed to provide exceptional residential and dementia care. The home boasts a variety of amenities, including beautifully designed outdoor spaces, such as large roof terraces with panoramic views, perfect for socialising or relaxing.

They are now seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join their team as a Night Senior Care Assistant on a full-time permanent contract.

Requirements of the Senior Care Assistant Role:

• Excellent communication and written skills
• Previous experience as a senior care assistant, ideally in a care home setting
• NVQ3 or higher in Health & Social Care
• Medication Trained

Responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating, and toileting
• Liaising with GPs, healthcare professionals, and families
• Managing the care team and ensuring staff are adhering to CQC Guidelines
• Provide exceptional levels of care to residents
• Assist with medication, care plans, and risk assessments
• Understanding of CQC regulations and DoLs
