Job Summary

This role as a Senior Care Assistant at Akari Care in Hardwick offers an exciting opportunity for experienced individuals or those looking to progress in their care career. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents, observing and reviewing care plans, and supporting the training and supervision of junior colleagues. Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents. This includes observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, assisting, and coming up with ideas for social activities and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value driven way. You will be part of a supportive and inclusive community within our homes, working to create a homelike atmosphere for residents and their families.
