A luxury care home in Stirling is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents while promoting dignity, choice, and independence. You will also be responsible for medication administration and supporting the care team.

What we are looking for in a Senior Care Assistant:

1. Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant within a care home setting
2. N/SVQ Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
3. Experience in medication administration
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Passionate, proactive, and committed to high standards of care
