Elderly Nursing Home in Sleaford, Lincolnshire

GBP14.54 per hour plus incentives

36 hours per week (night duty: 19:00 - 07:00 - to include alternative weekends)

Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join a fantastic elderly nursing home in Sleaford, Lincolnshire.

Package for the Senior Care Assistant includes:

• GBP14.54 per hour plus incentives
• 36 hours per week
• Night duty
• Shift pattern: 19:00 - 07:00 (nights)

Senior Care Assistant requirements:

• Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
• Minimum of two years experience as a Care Assistant in a residential/nursing home setting
• Awareness of Person-Centred Care Planning principles
• Understanding of the prevention of abuse of vulnerable adults and procedures to follow in case of allegations
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home
