Elderly Nursing Home in Rushden, Northamptonshire

GBP14.37 per hour plus incentives

36 hours per week (day duty: 07:00 - 19:00 - to include alternative weekends)

Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join a fantastic elderly nursing home in Rushden, Northamptonshire.

Package for the Senior Care Assistant includes:

• GBP14.37 per hour plus incentives
• 36 hours per week
• Day duty
• Shift pattern: 07:00 - 19:00
• Annual performance-related pay increases of up to 8% in addition to any cost of living increase

Senior Care Assistant requirements:

• Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
• Minimum of two years experience as a Care Assistant in a residential/nursing home setting
• Awareness of the principles of Person-Centred Care Planning
• Understanding of the prevention of abuse of vulnerable adults and recognition of the signs of abuse
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home
