Job Summary

Akari Care is seeking experienced Senior Care Assistants or Care Assistants looking to take the next step in their career. The role involves delivering high-quality care to residents, observing and reviewing care plans, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior colleagues. Main Duties of the Job

The Senior Care Assistant will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents. This includes observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, assisting, and coming up with ideas for social activities and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value driven way. The ideal candidate will have a caring nature, good communication and relationship building skills, and be flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice.

Job Responsibilities

Person Specification Qualifications Essential:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant, with relevant qualifications and training in care delivery.
