GBP14.37 per hour plus incentives

Full time or part time hours (choice of days or nights)

Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join a fantastic elderly nursing home in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire.

Package for the Senior Care Assistant includes:

• GBP14.37 per hour plus incentives
• Full Time or Part Time (3-4 days a week to include alternate weekends)
• Shift times: 7am-7pm (long days), 7am-1pm (earlies), 1pm-7pm (lates), and 7pm-7am (nights)
• Choice of days or nights
• Annual performance-related pay increases of up to 8% in addition to any cost of living increase
• 28 Days holiday including Bank Holidays

Senior Care Assistant requirements:

• Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
• Minimum of two years experience as a Care Assistant in a residential/nursing home setting
• Awareness of the principles of Person-Centred Care Planning
• Understanding of prevention of abuse of vulnerable adults and procedures to follow in the event of an allegation of abuse
• Live within 30 minutes of the home
