Job description

Responsibilities

  1. You will be responsible for the creation and delivery of up-to-date care plans as well as reviewing previous plans, assuring customers continually receive the best quality service Watra Care can provide.
  2. You will support the team in introducing new customers to Watra Care, helping our business to continually grow and expand, taking into consideration live-in care packages and domiciliary care visits.
  3. You will monitor and lead Watra Care’s care assistants, ensuring they deliver the highest quality service to all our customers on each and every single visit. You will also act as a mentor and guide them throughout their employment.

Job Requirements

  1. We are looking for a passionate individual who thrives to deliver home care to an outstanding standard and takes pride and commitment in building and maintaining positive and reliable relationships with our care assistants.
  2. You would have previous experience in caregiving and a professional qualification in care.
  3. You must also hold a full valid UK driving license and have access to a personal vehicle.
