Senior Cancer Data Analyst

Ensure evidence and analytics are secured to support and inform alliance and ICB cancer-related activities, and support insight in the use of these to drive quality improvement. Provide data and informatics expertise to support the development of the TVCA cancer data dashboard.

Ensure accurate and open communication and co-ordination with a range of organisations and individuals, researching and drafting correspondence and papers and ensuring the management of specific tasks, lead reporting and analysis across a range of specialities, functions, and projects. Have good project management skills, including the ability to plan, manage, and deliver a portfolio of projects, juggle competing priorities and tight deadlines for themselves and the team, and work autonomously to drive own work programme and that of team members.

Be a clear communicator with excellent written and presentation skills; capable of constructing and delivering clear ideas and concepts concisely and accurately to a diverse and varied range of audiences consisting of internal and external stakeholders. Build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders engaged with the programme, communicate messages effectively, and ensure local qualitative analysis is aligned with national perspective. Operate in a highly political and sensitive environment.
