About the Role
As a Senior Campaign Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping to lead the customer delivery component of all streams within the Simplification Team, including Feature Simplification, Simplify Now, Decommissioning, and Collateral Streams.
In this role, you are to:
- Build in-depth customer insights in collaboration with customer communications, testing, and design to identify appropriate campaign solutions.
- Advocate data best practices, including using innovative solutions to deliver business objectives and protect and enhance ANZ reputation.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and coordinate the campaign requirements, testing, and execution for all streams within the Simplification Team.
- Ensure Simplification changes are effectively communicated to customers and communication objectives are achieved.

This role is accountable for:
- Coordinating complex data to build and deliver the campaign delivery plan, including comprehensive end-to-end campaign reporting.
- Planning and managing events and resources to deliver effective customer campaign communications outcomes within budget and timeframe, including regular reporting.
- Building and maintaining relationships within the Customer Migration Portfolio as well as across the organization to develop customer campaigns and ensure they are aligned to ANZ’s strategy and purpose.
- Coordinating management of third-party vendors to ensure efficient delivery of external campaign responsibilities.
- Ensuring risks and issues are identified and implement actions that would mitigate these risks and issues, including operational and regulatory risks associated with handling confidential and market-sensitive information.
- Role-modeling leadership behaviors and actively contributing to a positive culture.
- Establishing frameworks, tools, and engagement mechanisms to support squads with campaign execution tasks.
- Measuring and monitoring campaign outputs and pivoting as required to meet stakeholder requirements and feedback.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Extensive experience as a senior campaign manager, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
- Complex Problem Solving: Skilled in identifying potential obstacles in campaign execution and devising innovative solutions to overcome them using extensive knowledge of data systems, products, and processes.
- Strategic Planning: Demonstrates proficiency in creating comprehensive campaign strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, working with senior stakeholders and a variety of vendors to deliver results.
- Campaign Management: Experience in digital and non-digital campaign management with familiarity with various campaign tools, including conducting tests and facilitating stakeholder reviews and approvals.
- Leadership and Coaching: Supportive leadership approach to guide the team to successfully deliver. Experience in guiding others on all aspects of campaign planning, build, and execution.
- Decision-Making: Exercises sound judgment and makes sound and timely decisions in a complex and often ambiguous environment.
Regularly evaluates campaign performance metrics and adjusts strategies using data-driven decision-making to improve results and address any challenges.
