With a full pipeline of residential and commercial projects, your input will be key in ensuring the procurement function is efficient, value-driven, and aligned with project goals.

Your Responsibilities

1. Lead procurement across multiple construction projects, from planning to final delivery.
2. Negotiate with suppliers and place timely, cost-effective orders.
3. Maintain excellent supplier relationships and track performance.
4. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and commercial teams to forecast and align on project needs.
5. Monitor market trends and potential risks to keep procurement agile and proactive.
