How You'll Make an Impact

• Manage a work queue to ensure that Purchase Orders (POs) are issued promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate closely with internal customers, including MRPCs and requisitioners, to provide excellent customer care and ensure early involvement in procurement processes.
• Oversee a portfolio of suppliers, negotiate price increases, and resolve invoicing and payment issues.
• Implement and promote the use of globally defined procurement methods, processes, and systems to achieve high process efficiency and compliance.
• Support Supplier Management processes, including qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and classification of suppliers.
• Update and maintain supplier evaluation systems to identify and develop top-performing suppliers, ensuring transparency and high procurement quality.
• Maintain meticulous records of all documentation and ensure adherence to online purchasing and contract management systems.
• Lead or support Procurement Business Plan activities to drive continuous improvement and achieve strategic goals.

What You Bring

• Proven experience with SAP transactional systems, specifically the PS1 ATLAS module in a production environment.
• Exceptional Excel skills, enabling you to analyse and manage complex data efficiently.
• Over 3 years of experience in Direct Procurement, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex procurement landscapes.
• A great teammate approach with the ability to work independently and meet fixed deadlines, goals, and objectives.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-changing, global organisational environment, showcasing your ability to thrive under pressure.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Advanced to fluent proficiency in English, ensuring clear and effective communication.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonisation opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalisation of the fleet.
