Senior Business Travel Consultant

Business Travel Consultants - required for this established and expanding business travel company based in Aberdeen. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading corporate travel company, assisting clients with a variety of European and Worldwide flights, hotels, and transfers, whilst offering a high level of service over the phone and by email. Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting for experienced Business Travel Consultants to work on mixed and dedicated accounts including Marine, oil & gas using either Galileo or Amadeus. They offer a salary up to 31,000 along with other company benefits. This role can be office-based, hybrid or fully remote but must be based in Scotland.

Business Travel Consultants Duties

1. Working on mixed, dedicated corporate accounts and Marine, Oil & Gas booking UK, European and Worldwide business travel arrangements
2. Booking flights, car hire and hotels using a GDS; it is essential to have either Galileo or Amadeus
3. Providing visa advice
4. Working to the clients' travel policy finding the most cost-effective travel option available
5. Making changes, amendments, and reissues

Business Travel Consultants Skills Required

1. Business travel consultant experience essential
2. Strong GDS knowledge either Galileo or Amadeus
3. Working within either an office-based, hybrid or home-based role but must be based in Scotland
