The post is within the Planning and Performance Directorate, which is at the heart of the City Council, helping us drive performance and understand how we can best meet the diverse needs of our residents and services. The Performance and Insights Team champions a culture of better decisions through evidence and engagement across the city and the Council. We utilize our unique position of having oversight of the interdependencies and impact of multiple changes to influence important decisions for the city and its citizens.
