What is the job role?

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence and Insights Analyst to join the Performance and Insights Team, focusing on supporting Adults Social Care Services within a very busy, innovative, forward-thinking team. The Senior BI and Insights Analyst role will involve:

1. Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management
2. Collaboration with Technical Teams
3. Data Analysis & Insight Generation

1. Knowledge of reporting and data systems
2. Knowledge of performance and reporting frameworks
3. Partnership working skills
4. Interpersonal and influencing skills
5. Excellent IT Skills
