Job Description:

We are looking for two senior analysts to work alongside our existing teams with a specific focus on inspection readiness.

About the role:

One role is within Childrens Social Care reporting, the other is within Adult Social Care reporting. Both of these roles will include streamlining SQL reports and visualising data using Power BI. A strong expertise in both of these is a must. Ideally, you will have experience of working with Social Care Datasets and relevant experience of inspections. The roles will also involve working with business areas to inform and develop data responses.

These roles are both fixed term for 18 months from start date.

This position is exempt under the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions) Order 1975 and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.

About you:

While we are looking for experience in SQL, Power BI, and social care data, above all we want you to be enthusiastic about data, analysing it, visualising it, and presenting it.

You will need to have some experience in dealing with stakeholders, managing a project, and presenting complex datasets in an easy-to-understand way. However, you will be fully supported by the Principal Business Intelligence lead for each area.

Perhaps you're coming to us as an experienced analyst already, or pivoting from a project manager role? This is a fantastic opportunity to spread your wings and contribute to a vital area of our work.
