Location: West London (In office)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Start Date: ASAP

A unique opportunity for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a dynamic and highly successful Creative Founder & CEO across both business and private family office affairs. This is a pivotal role, acting as the right hand to a high profile creative visionary entrepreneur.

The role requires a highly organised, discreet, and proactive individual with excellent judgment, emotional intelligence, and a natural ability to pre-empt needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and be adept at managing both the professional and personal aspects of the principal’s life with seamless efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Business Support

  1. Extensive diary management across multiple time zones — prioritising, gatekeeping, and ensuring seamless scheduling.
  2. Inbox management — drafting correspondence, flagging priorities, and actioning tasks.
  3. Coordination of board meetings, client meetings, and creative project timelines.
  4. Preparing documents, presentations, and research briefs ahead of meetings.
  5. Liaising with high-profile business partners, collaborators, and stakeholders.
  6. Project management across business and philanthropic ventures.
  7. Handling confidential information with absolute discretion.
  8. Travel coordination — both business and personal — including itineraries, visas, and logistics.
  9. Managing expenses, invoices, and basic financial administration.

Private & Family Office Support

  1. Personal diary management — coordinating family schedules, holidays, and appointments.
  2. Household management including liaising with staff, contractors, and suppliers.
  3. Event planning — from intimate dinners to larger private gatherings.
  4. Booking personal appointments, restaurants, and social engagements.
  5. Gift buying and research.
  6. Overseeing personal projects and lifestyle management.
  7. Running errands and ad hoc personal tasks.
Who You Are
  1. Proven experience supporting a high-profile individual, entrepreneur, or UHNW family.
  2. Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  3. Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused, “nothing is too much” attitude.
  4. Emotionally intelligent and discreet — a true gatekeeper and confidante.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Highly adaptable with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Culturally aware, with experience working in creative industries (fashion, art, design, or hospitality a plus).
  8. Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
  9. Flexible and willing to work outside of standard hours when needed.
  10. Unflappable, with a sense of humour and natural warmth.
What You’ll Get
  1. The chance to work closely with an inspiring, creative entrepreneur at the top of their game.
  2. A varied and dynamic role with exposure to exciting business and creative projects.
  3. Competitive salary and discretionary bonus.
  4. Private healthcare.
  5. 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
  6. The opportunity to travel.
  7. A supportive and collaborative working environment.
