What You'll Do:
- Responsible for P&L of the Performance Coatings business in the EMEAI region by developing and implementing the business strategy aligned to global PCG strategy to achieve above market growth.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve/maintain leadership position, optimize spend and ensure continued profitable growth of the business unit.
- Optimize cash-flow by improving forecast accuracy, reducing payment terms, and making wise capital decisions.
- Lead, manage and develop the EMEAI team, fostering open communication, teamwork, innovation, and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure execution of business strategy and ongoing business activities.
- Establish strong relationships with industry experts and customers, proactively supporting the commercial team in identifying new opportunities.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships that will advance Lubrizol’s PCG competitive position.
- Embed a robust Management Operating System (MOS) to reinforce commercial excellence.
- Own Performance Coatings CRM business pipeline and align Sales and Marketing to match or overcome strategic plan targets.
- Develop and maintain a view of market dynamics in the industry, including ongoing evaluation of opportunities to create value.
- Influence and gain acceptance of leaders internal and external to Lubrizol through effective communication and relevant analyses.
- Develop economic models to evaluate new business initiatives.
- Serve as part of the Performance Coatings Global Leadership team, providing input on strategic business issues.
- Site Leadership for PCG UK site in Blackley which is the R&D and global innovation hub for Hyperdispersants.
- Champion continuous improvement and organizational DE&I efforts.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in science, business, or related disciplines.
- Proven broad cross-functional experience in business management, strategic marketing, sales management, and/or product management in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated people management experience including successful employee management and development experience.
- Demonstrated success in building positive relationships across multiple functions and geographic regions.
- Experienced in negotiating with senior level commercial and technical decision makers.
- Experience in leading organizational change with a track record of driving sustainable business growth.
- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Ambitious to seize opportunity, challenge the status quo and drive to win.
- Executive communications and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence, motivate and make decisions.
- Intercultural awareness to operate in a cross-border environment.
