As our Senior Business Development Manager – Emerging Markets you will develop and grow the High Net Worth (HNW) market and drive Quality Footfall into Bicester Village. This role involves managing new and existing relationships to achieve double-digit growth in line with the Emerging Markets Strategy, focusing on North America, Latin America and Australia.
This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at Bicester Village a minimum of 3 days a week.
What you will be doing
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:
- Define and implement the Emerging Markets strategy to meet HNW and Quality spending goals in collaboration with the International Markets Director.
- Manage relationships with local agents, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), concierge services, chauffeur companies, attractions and embassies.
- Work closely with the central team in source markets.
- Manage all Familiarisation (Fam) Trips visiting Bicester Village.
- Identify and target companies with HNW and Quality client/employee databases to communicate Bicester Village’s “always on message” and “tactical messages” during key events like Private Sales to drive footfall and spending.

- Experience in partnership/loyalty programs is advantageous.
- Proven track record in selling a luxury destination is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated and a great ambassador for Bicester Village, capable of developing a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and signing up companies to support the Village.
- Field-based role with time spent in Bicester Village to stay updated with the product and build strong internal relationships for a seamless guest experience.
