Senior Business Development Manager / Director

Location: Manchester City Centre, Piccadilly (near Ducie Warehouse/Dakota)
Industry: Recruitment Consultancy working with growing clients across Manchester & North West
Company: MANCHESTER STAFF (Part of the UK Staffing Group Limited)

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

On Target Earnings & Progression:

  1. Year 1 Business Development target of £100,000
  2. Potential for rapid career progression within the company

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
  2. Lead and manage a team of business development professionals
  3. Identify market trends and client needs to develop targeted marketing strategies
  4. Participate in networking events and represent the company at industry conferences

Minimum Requirements:
