HCRG Care Group are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager who will drive forward our business development and growth!
Generating new business is critical to the success of HCRG Care Group and our Business Development Team performs a key role in achieving organisational growth. As Senior Business Development Manager, you will proactively lead the Business Development Team to write and produce high quality and persuasive content for tenders, business proposals and other work-winning submissions. You will drive our business growth strategies and play a pivotal role in showcasing HCRG Care Group as the provider of choice to commissioning organisations including local authorities, NHS ICBs, NHS England, NHS provider trusts, and others.
You will lead on multiple and concurrent bid responses ensuring timely responses and submissions showcase HCRG Care Group’s innovative ways of working and USPs, running as golden threads throughout our content.
We are looking for someone who is a dynamic leader, highly conscientious and ideally has experience in using AI to help revolutionise our process of building and maintaining AI libraries for bid generations.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours a week, though flexibility is required to accommodate competing pressures when meeting deadlines and submissions.
The role is remote but requires some travel for work when required.

The Ideal Candidate
Proven ability to generate revenue through business growth within the health and care market. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to confidently pitch bid proposals, ideas and solutions to a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Experience writing content for tenders and business proposals. Excellent people skills including listening, negotiation, inspiration and persuasion. Experience in leading teams. Experience with business development and obtaining business intelligence. Demonstrable experience working with and maintaining AI technology. Possess resilience under pressure and experience of working in high-pressured deadline-driven environments. Possess a conscientious nature with a high attention to detail. Experience liaising and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent time-management skills. Willingness to travel for work when required. Detailed knowledge and experience of tendering processes and procurement portals.
