Salary: £39,999 + depending on experience

  1. Driving Business Growth - Develop and execute powerful sales strategies to expand the company's road logistics, freight & Warehousing footprint, winning high-value accounts and increasing market share.
  2. Building Strong Client Relationships - Engage with key decision-makers across UK supply chains and positioning the company as a trusted logistics/Warehousing partner.
  3. Shaping the Future - Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging cutting-edge logistics innovations and strategic insights to drive competitive advantage.
  4. Maximising Operational Impact - Collaborate with logistics, fulfilment, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client solutions and world-class service delivery.
  5. Leveraging Data & Technology - Track performance, manage pipelines, and drive informed decision-making.
  6. Championing Sustainability & Compliance - Lead the charge on environmental initiatives and best practices in carbon footprint reduction and regulatory compliance.

Commutable Locations: Across the UK, Main base will be in the Bolton head offices and on the road for meetings/Events.

About the company?

A long-established transport operations history. With their company's strategically located base of operations, they provide warehousing and full load distribution logistics with national coverage employing a fleet of articulated vehicles specialising in curtainsiders, container skeletal, coil carriers, etc. for clients.

They operate a modern fleet of vehicles with gross vehicle weights of 44 tonnes. The fleet of vehicles are maintained by Volvo and our in-house workshop to provide them with around-the-clock maintenance, always keeping the service efficient and reliable. In addition, the latest IT equipment and systems of work are deployed where applicable to control the fleet and employee resources.
