The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
• Collaborate with partners and practice groups to create tailored business development plans.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of business development activities.
• Monitor and report on business development performance metrics.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field is desired but not essential.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
