A prestigious law firm is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager to join its Legal Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on end-to-end projects that enhance legal practice efficiency and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with legal practice groups, business services, and IT teams to understand technology needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of legal technology projects from inception to completion.
• Provide direct end-user support for practice-facing applications such as iManage, SharePoint, DocuSign, and knowledge databases.
• Conduct business analysis, identifying opportunities for process improvement and ensuring technology adoption.
• Perform QA testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and support project delivery.
• Organise and facilitate training sessions, demonstrations, and stakeholder meetings.
• Stay up to date with emerging legal technologies to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal environment.
• Some project management experience, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders, track deliverables, and support project execution.
• Strong knowledge of legal technology applications such as iManage, SharePoint, and DocuSign.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with attorneys, paralegals, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting training sessions and presentations for legal teams.
• Degree-level education preferred, with relevant experience in legal tech, knowledge management, or IT support.
