As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving strategic change across Waystone. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, you will analyze business challenges, propose impactful solutions, and oversee the implementation of transformative initiatives. This is a high-visibility role offering the opportunity to shape our organization's future.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Analysis & Problem-Solving
    • Partner with Transformation Program Directors and Project Managers to assess business challenges and define change initiatives.
    • Conduct interviews, workshops, and data analysis to uncover insights and improvement opportunities.
    • Utilize data modelling, qualitative & quantitative analysis to support business case development.
  2. Solution Design & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Develop and propose solutions, leveraging process redesign, technology, and organizational change strategies.
    • Clearly articulate the risks, benefits, and impacts of proposed solutions to stakeholders.
    • Influence decision-making by presenting compelling recommendations.
    • Champion standardisation and automation to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement.
  3. Documentation & Business Case Development
    • Create structured business requirements documentation outlining problem statements, proposed solutions, and implementation steps.
    • Develop financial models and cost-benefit analyses to support transformation initiatives.
  4. Implementation & Change Management
    • Oversee the execution of new processes, technologies, or structural changes, ensuring smooth adoption.
    • Contribute to training, communication, and change management efforts to facilitate successful transformation.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  2. 7+ years of experience in business analysis, change management, or transformation within financial services, preferably in a highly regulated environment.
  3. Professional certifications such as PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous.
  4. Highly motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
