Description

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead efforts in analysing business process improvements and design and deliver effective solutions. This is your chance to make a difference while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
You will:
- Take ownership of requirements gathering, solution design, and guide junior team members.
- Perform gap analyses and create detailed workflows or process maps.
- Facilitate workshops and foster team collaboration, engaging with relevant business units and building key relationships.
- Partner with technical teams to design and evaluate solutions.
- Define success metrics and conduct post-implementation reviews.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, creating dashboards and reports to present key insights.
Experience: 5-7 years in business analysis or similar roles, ideally within financial services, e.g fund finance, or an investments environment would be ideal for the position.
Core Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in business process modeling and data visualisation tools.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Tableau, Power BI or SQL, as well as familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong Leadership, a self-starter and adaptability to changing business environments.
