Senior Business Analyst

Description

Are you ready to lead impactful projects, drive innovation, and shape the future of business processes?

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead efforts in analysing business process improvements and design and deliver effective solutions. This is your chance to make a difference while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

You will:

  1. Take ownership of requirements gathering, solution design, and guide junior team members.
  2. Perform gap analyses and create detailed workflows or process maps.
  3. Facilitate workshops and foster team collaboration, engaging with relevant business units and building key relationships.
  4. Partner with technical teams to design and evaluate solutions.
  5. Define success metrics and conduct post-implementation reviews.
  6. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, creating dashboards and reports to present key insights.
About you

Experience: 5-7 years in business analysis or similar roles, ideally within financial services, e.g fund finance, or an investments environment would be ideal for the position.

Core Skills:
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  2. Expertise in business process modeling and data visualisation tools.
  3. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Tableau, Power BI or SQL, as well as familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  5. Strong Leadership, a self-starter and adaptability to changing business environments.
