Salary: £45,000 - £65,000

The Role

• Collaborate with clients to understand strategic goals and refine business requirements.

• Lead product discovery workshops and stakeholder engagements.

• Develop product roadmaps, user stories, and actionable insights.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Identify business improvements and align solutions with best practices.

• Support pre-sales activities, including proposals and client presentations.

About You

4+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in consultancy.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in product roadmaps, backlog management & agile methodologies.
Skilled in workshop facilitation and product discovery.
Passion for solving human problems through curiosity and empathy.

Bonus Points
Experience in product strategy, UX, and emerging technologies.
Knowledge of frameworks like journey mapping or empathy mapping.
