Field based role 3 days per week, with office days based in Tamworth

This award-winning business is seeking a professionally qualified individual to join their specialist team where they will play a key role in specifying and overseeing the insurance funded reinstatement of properties.


This could be your next career move?


  • Overseeing all technical aspects of new projects
  • Inspecting domestic and commercial properties severely damaged by a range of insurance perils, including fire, flood, storm, vehicle impact, explosion, escape of water, subsidence and accidental damage
  • Build technical skill related teams to support projects.
  • Preparation of technical diagnostic reports and detailed specification of any temporary or permanent repairs.
  • Engage in the strategic process of expanding our service range and client base, contributing to the firm's growth.
  • Using MS Word, Outlook and Excel as well as the company’s own CRM system.

You will have the opportunity to use your following competencies in this role:


Technical knowledge - apply your qualification and in-depth knowledge and understanding of building regulations


Analytical skills - assess complex data and make informed decisions based on thorough analysis


Problem Solving Abilities - Identify problems and develop practical solutions, managing projects in line with initial diagnostics


Negotiation skills - Negotiate contracts, manage budgets and resolve disputes effectively with both client and customer


Client Management - Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, working with a people-first organisation.


Is this you?


Experienced and qualified professional in Building Surveying with good technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of the role of Contract Administrator. Ability to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of cover in relation to fire, flood, storm and vehicle impact damage claims would be advantageous.
