Job description

The role presents an excellent opportunity for a highly-motivated Chartered Building Surveyor to join a well-established building surveying team. Based from their office in Sheffield and covering projects across England, the successful candidate will work on a diverse range of projects across a variety of sectors.

Experience/Qualifications:

1. Degree Qualified in Building Surveying
2. MRICS Qualified or have the relevant level of previous experience.
3. Be able to build client relationships and ensure a high standard of Technical Services.
4. Previous experience working for another Consultancy at a Senior level.

Roles/Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of fee proposals for building surveying services.
2. Assist in the management of a large portfolio of properties for a variety of different clients across the UK.
3. Project management/contract admin on works ranging from £20K up to £2 million.
4. Provide a full range of Building Surveying services for both public and private sector clients to include fund monitoring, party wall, expert witness, and dilapidations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior level BS who is ideally looking for that next step into a role that will ideally become an Associate Director level role.
