Senior or Associate Building Surveyor
(Industrial and Commercial Focus)
We are representing a leading consultancy that partners with a major developer and asset manager specialising in the industrial and commercial sectors.
Operating across the UK, this consultancy provides a full range of services, overseeing a portfolio exceeding 15 million sq. ft and over 800 tenants. They collaborate closely with institutions, financial partners, and occupiers to deliver high-quality projects and strategic asset management solutions.
The Role
They are seeking a senior building surveyor or associate to join their growing team of chartered surveyors. This hybrid position involves a 60/40 split between consultancy responsibilities and client-side project work.
