Founded over 150 years ago, this consultancy operates across 9 successful offices and is looking to further its success by strengthening their Manchester team with a dedicated Senior Building Surveyor.

The Senior Building Surveyor will have the chance to manage a variety of exciting projects across sectors such as healthcare, mixed-use, sports, leisure, hospitality, technology, office and education.

This is an excellent opportunity for a committed Senior Building Surveyor eager to make a significant impact and play an integral role in the growth and development of a team.

The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be a self-motivated and ambitious individual with both project and professional experience behind them.

• MRICS qualification is ideal
• Previous consultancy experience
• Business development experience is beneficial but not essential
