Senior Chartered Building Surveyor

This nationally renowned firm is seeking a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to become a key player in their expanding team of experts. Specialising in commercial projects across the private sector, you'll work on diverse property types including offices, laboratories, and warehouses.

About the Role:

As a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor, you will bring your expertise to a wide range of services such as Dilapidations, Surveys, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Contract Administration, and Party Wall matters. You'll have the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and help drive the firm's growth.
