Senior Building Surveyor | Development Management Consultancy | London

An opportunity to work for a multidisciplinary Management Consultancy who are looking to expand their Building Surveying operations in London.

It’s likely you will be a qualified (MRICS) Building Surveyor having worked for either a building surveying practice or construction consultancy. Previous experience of various mixed-use schemes, both commercial and residential, working closely with local authorities and planning bodies would be a distinct advantage. In addition, the ability to identify potential work streams and increase their portfolio in allied sectors is essential.

This is a permanent role, working from our client's well-appointed offices in central London. This role could offer you the chance to develop a team around you, managing and mentoring junior surveyors throughout the APC process.

Candidates must already be living within a daily commute of London and be MRICS qualified Building Surveyors or in the process of attaining this qualification. Project delivery experience gained on major building projects in excess of £10 million in the UK is essential, along with the ability to manage large survey programmes.
