The Senior Building Surveyor’s Role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will become an integral part of a well-established and supportive team, leading high-profile projects within the commercial property sector. You’ll take ownership of delivering a range of professional services, including pre-acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations, planned maintenance, and party wall matters.

This role also provides an exciting opportunity to manage your own portfolio, develop key client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the business through strategic initiatives.

The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor

• MRICS qualification preferred
• Extensive experience in professional services and project delivery
• Proven background in a consultancy environment
• Strong client management and business development skills
