Senior Building Surveyor Job Overview
- Providing building maintenance advice.
- Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and drawings for capital improvement projects.
- Contract administration, including drafting and managing standard contract forms.
- Overseeing works in line with the Party Wall Act.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Senior Building Surveyor Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- BSc in Building Surveying (or equivalent).
- Ideally MRICS qualified, not essential.
- Strong knowledge of commercial property and construction processes.
- Experience within the education sector (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office packages.
