What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for daily food preparations during your shift, creating delectable dishes ranging from informal dining for breakfast and lunch. This will include supervising and leading all cooking personnel in your section together with the Junior Sous Chef or in their absence; participating in menu planning; maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs; and training and developing other kitchen team members to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day.
