Location: Mount St, Mayfair
Contract: Full-Time, permanent - 40 hours/ week

We are seeking a Senior Brand Stylist – VIP Client Specialist to deliver unparalleled client experiences by creating, nurturing, and expanding relationships with our Very Important Clients (VICs). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional styling expertise, strategic sales acumen, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of luxury service. This role focuses on cultivating client loyalty, increasing by-appointment visitors, boosting conversion rates, and enhancing Average Order Value (AOV). As a client-centric leader, you will drive showroom performance and set the standard for excellence in bespoke service and modern craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

  1. VIP Client Relationship Management
    • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with VICs, transforming them into dedicated brand ambassadors through personalized, high-touch service.
    • Design bespoke shopping and styling experiences tailored to each VIC’s unique preferences, ensuring seamless communication and attentive follow-ups.
    • Proactively introduce new collections, product lines, and exclusive services to VICs, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.
  2. Sales Leadership
    • Drive private showroom sales by meeting and exceeding revenue targets through strategic clienteling and VIC-focused initiatives.
    • Lead the way in increasing by-appointment visitors, maximizing showroom traffic through proactive outreach and bespoke invitations.
    • Focus on improving conversion rates and Average Order Value (AOV) by offering curated, high-value experiences and personalized wardrobe solutions.
    • Leverage data and insights to analyse VIC buying behaviors, creating tailored offers that align with their preferences and elevate their Safiyaa experience.
    • Represent Safiyaa as a trusted advisor, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and offering expert guidance on fit, styling, and customization options.
  3. Made-to-Measure Expertise
    • Deliver an exceptional made-to-measure experience by utilizing cutting-edge 3D scanning technology and collaborating with pattern makers to fulfill client expectations.
    • Guide VICs through fabric selection, embroidery details, and customization options, ensuring each piece embodies their vision and Safiyaa’s craftsmanship.
  4. Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the fittings calendar, coordinating with the atelier to guarantee timely delivery and maintaining transparent communication throughout the process.
    • Ensure the private studio meets Safiyaa’s luxury standards, managing merchandising, refreshments, and garment presentation to provide an impeccable client experience.
    • Proactively manage stock levels, liaising with the atelier to anticipate and meet VIC requirements.
  5. Event & Collaboration Support
    • Plan and execute exclusive VIP events, trunk shows, and bespoke sales activations that elevate the Safiyaa brand experience for high-value clients.
    • Collaborate with the press team on sample loans, ensuring efficient tracking and timely returns.
  6. Brand Representation & Product Advocacy
    • Act as a passionate brand ambassador, articulating Safiyaa’s values and collections with confidence, enthusiasm, and authority.
    • Ensure all displayed garments and samples meet the highest quality standards, promptly addressing any issues to uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury fashion sales, with a strong background in VIC relationship management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales, increasing conversion rates, and enhancing Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Experience in leading clienteling strategies to increase by-appointment visitors.
  • Expertise in delivering bespoke services and offering personalized styling advice in high-pressure, client-focused settings.

  • Exceptional clienteling skills with the ability to connect with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), building trust and long-lasting relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion, tailoring, and customization processes.
  • Strong organisational skills with an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Teamwork, and other sales-related tools.
