Senior Branch Merchandiser

This high-street fashion retailer is looking for a senior branch merchandiser to bolster its ranks. The company is going from strength to strength presently, with a few new openings planned in the near future. The role will entail working with store operations and COOs to highlight any outstanding issues and providing solutions where necessary, supporting the continuous development of processes and procedures to drive efficiencies on the department, conducting relevant analysis using available reporting to make decisions and determine actions for both department and country responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have proven branch merchandising experience, adept in overseeing a region of stores and planning new store packages and grading. Someone that is hands-on and enjoys the day-to-day responsibilities will be ideal.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £59,000 with opportunities to boost your earnings through OTE a generous bonus scheme. The role also boasts benefits such as private medical care, staff discount, seasonal sample sales amongst many others.
